Notification stopped working

Isic6 became available on Jan 15, 2015 and unfortunately Notifications do not work either.
Previously:
Isic5 Notifications stopped working in August 2014. Since then, I am waiting for Intelbras to fix this problem, unsuccessfuly. Several calls to Intelbras support resulted in promises that a new Isic6 would replace Isic5 and solve this problem. Dates slipped and Isic6 never materialized. The problem is still there, unsolved.
